New year, new teams, and a new location for media day. The Big 12 will look a little different this year as they have added a few new schools and lost two. Texas and Oklahoma are heading to the SEC, and they have added Colorado, Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, BYU, UCF, Cincinnati, and Houston to the conference over the years.
Not only will the teams look different, but media day will have a new update as well and will now be held in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium after having its home in Dallas, Texas. Media day will be held on July 9th and 10th.
The league will be filled with storylines, such as how Coach Prime and Colorado will look, whether Coach Willie Fritz will be able to take the Houston Cougars to the top of a new conference, and how the original teams will fare against the newer teams.
Big 12 fans have a lot to be excited about and, in a few weeks, will be able to hear their favorite teams and players talk about their expectations for the upcoming season.
