The Oklahoma City Thunder will be starting the preseason without their starting center Kendrick Perkins. Perkins had surgery on his wrist back in July and is expected to miss the entire preseason. Thunder general manager Sam Presti hopes that Perk will be back on the roster come Nov 1st
“What we’re trying to do is have him ready for the first game, or the beginning of the regular season. His conditioning, his fitness and his levels, he’s done a fantastic job. His wrist is a thing that we have to be very cautious with and we will be.”
