The Denver Nuggets have agreed in principle to a three-year deal with Andre Miller on Sunday. Miller was said to be on the hunt to sign with a contender, but decided to stay with the Nuggets.
The Houston Rockets have agreed in principle to a three-year, $25.1 million deal with restricted free agent Omer Asik. Asik is one of the best defensive centers in the NBA, but many still feel that he was over paid with this deal. The Bulls have until three days after July 11 to match the offer.
David Aldridge of NBA.com reported that restricted free agent Roy Hibbert was “leaning toward wanting to play” for the Blazers. Portland offered the restricted free agent a max deal which may be part of the reason he has that lean.
