Adam Schefter reports that Rashean Mathis has signed a one-year, $5 million contract to stay in Jacksonville. Mathis has been with the team for 9 years and spent the end of last season on IR with a torn ACL. Hopefully Mathis can get back on track because that Jaguars team needs all the help they can get.
