The Jacksonville Jaguars have released QB David Garrard and elevated Luke McCown to starter. I’m sure this move surprised a lot of people, although most knew this move was coming eventually, just not so soon. The weird thing is, this is the same way the Jags cut Byron Leftwich for Garrard to take over a few years ago.
