Safety Donte Whitner tweeted “Who-dey” on Thursday as news went out that he had signed with in Cincinnati. Later that day, we found out that he changed his mind and decided to shake past the Bengals like Iverson in the 4th quarter . Whitner is now reported to have signed a 3 year deal with the San Francisco 49ers.
