I never do this, but after watching WWE SummerSlam 2024, I have to write a blog about it. It was so good and fun to watch. While it was a tad predictable, it gave us an outline of what’s to come for the rest of the year, and I cannot wait to see what’s next. The storylines are there, and it’s about to be so dope. I am about to share my favorite storylines going into the rest of the year.
3. Nia Jax / Tiffy Stratton – While I was not fully invested in this storyline, when I saw Tiffany run out there with that Money in the Bank contract suitcase, I just knew Nia Jax was going to grab her by the neck and throw her back to the locker room, but that is not what happened. Tiff actually distracted Bayley and helped Nia Jax get the belt. But was that her intention? I am really curious to see what will happen next. I feel like since Tiffany is the closest to Nia, she will be able to cash in the easiest. While I don’t think the Nia/Tiff feud will be that great, I am ready to see what is next between the two.
2. The Judgment Day – I was so tired of the Judgment Day and I don’t know why. I love Rhea, but there was something so stale about what was going on with the group. Now, I cannot wait to see what is next. Will Liv take Rhea’s place? Is Priest completely done? Will those two make the new Judgment Day, or will they be kicked out of the Judgment Day? They cooked with peanut oil with this storyline, and it’s awesome.
1. The Bloodline – OMG, this had me so hyped! Nothing against Solo, but I genuinely missed the OTC. Speaking of the “OTC,” when Roman Reigns’ music came on and he walked out with that shirt on, I stood on the sofa and started yelling, “Let’s go!” so damn loud. I didn’t realize how much I missed Roman being around until he wasn’t, and I am happy to see him back. Now, the question is: what is next?! We know that the beef with Solo is here, but who will help Roman? Who will leave Solo? Is Jacob Fatu really hurt? This Bloodline feud will be able to carry us through the rest of the year and headline PLEs.
