The 2021 WNBA season is approaching with a tip date of May 14th. The league has released the schedules for their 25th season.

There are so many reasons to be excited about the upcoming season starting with the fact that the games won’t be in a bubble, teams will be able to have fans in the stadiums, the player movement in the off-season, and this solid draft class. However, what I want to highlight here are the top three opening day games that have caught my attention:

The WNBA championship rematch with the Seattle Storm vs The Las Vegas Aces. My biggest question for this game is how will the Storm look without Natasha Howard?

The Washington Mystics vs The Chicago Sky. We all know that the Candace Parker vs Elena Delle Donne will be extra lit and I am ready for it.

The Dallas Wings vs The L.A Sparks. I know this game won’t be on many people’s radar, but I want to see how the Sparks will come out after losing their franchise player and I also want to see how the franchise players of the young Wings team lead their squad to an early victory. If you’re new to the WNBA welcome and I really feel that this will be a great season so sit back and enjoy .
